Tots Play’s Baby Development Course is designed especially for our youngest babies, offering new parents a variety of skills and activity ideas to help give their baby a head start in life.

What’s Included in the 6-Week Course?

Baby Massage:
A gentle routine to help you calm, connect, and communicate with your baby, including specific strokes to relieve colic and digestive issues.

Baby Yoga:
Stretches, poses, and movements to both stimulate and soothe your baby, providing a fun and engaging way to bond.

Baby Sign Language:
Learn how to introduce simple signs to aid early communication with your baby.

Songs and Rhymes:
Discover how to use music and movement effectively to support your baby’s development.

Sensory Play:
Boost your baby’s sensory and body awareness using everyday items to encourage learning and exploration.

Tummy Time Techniques:
Understand why tummy time is important and learn fun and effective ways to incorporate it into your routine.

Cuddles, Smiles, Bubbles, and Lots of Fun!

Course Details:

Each session runs for approximately 50-60 minutes in a relaxed and friendly environment.
Limited to a maximum of ten babies (plus mum or dad!) per course to ensure personal attention.

What’s Included:
To help you get the most out of the course, you’ll receive:
✔️ A full-colour workbook detailing the techniques and activities covered each week.
✔️ Background information on each topic.
✔️ A free music download featuring songs used during the course.
✔️ A bottle of massage oil for practicing baby massage and yoga at home.

The course is also a fantastic way to meet other parents and babies, while laying the foundation for the ongoing Tots Play Baby and Toddler Play Programme.
